Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process to minimize defects.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of production workers to enhance skills and morale.
- Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to manage raw materials and supplies.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and equipment inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using production management software and basic computer applications.
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Class A or B) is an advantage.
