- Oversee daily production activities to meet targets and maintain quality standards
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve performance goals

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control systems
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
