Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production operations including CNC programming and machining of precision components
- Lead and mentor production team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Develop and optimize Mastercam programs for 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams to resolve production issues
- Manage inventory levels and tooling requirements for machining operations
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation of processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in CNC programming and precision machining
- Proficiency in Mastercam software for 4-axis and 5-axis machining operations
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of ISO quality standards and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
