In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our production floor, ensuring that our food safety standards, quality benchmarks, and production targets are met with precision and efficiency.
As our Production Supervisor, you will lead a team of plant personnel, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for delegating daily tasks, monitoring production flow, and ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met within scheduled timelines.
- Enforce strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all food safety regulations.
- Manage, mentor, and delegate daily tasks to plant team members to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Monitor production output quality and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Maintain accurate production logs, equipment maintenance schedules, and inventory records.
- Lead safety briefings and ensure the production floor maintains a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold product consistency and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety management systems.
- Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production monitoring software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts to support 24/7 production requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and waste reduction.
