- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and productivity targets are met
- Manage and develop production teams through training, task delegation, and performance monitoring
- Implement and enforce quality control standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance departments
- Monitor production metrics and prepare operational reports for management
- Optimize production processes to minimize waste and maximize output
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control systems
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Certification in OHSAS 18001 or ISO 9001 is advantageous
