Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily production schedules and workflows to ensure timely delivery of products while minimizing downtime.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of production staff to improve performance, morale, and productivity.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all machinery and equipment are functioning optimally.
- Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks to implement process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and inspections to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or cable industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality control systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems or production management software.
- Valid SSM registration and a strong track record of safety compliance.
