Are you an experienced leader ready to oversee operations in the concrete industry? Leppo Concrete is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality concrete products that meet our exacting standards. You will manage a team of skilled operators, monitor complex machinery, and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of concrete orders.
- Monitor and maintain concrete mixing and batching equipment to prevent downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, workplace cleanliness, and environmental compliance standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and high performance.
- Coordinate with quality control personnel to verify material specifications and product consistency.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Address operational issues immediately and implement corrective actions to minimize production interruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a production supervisory role within the construction or manufacturing sector.
- Technical knowledge of concrete mixing, batching processes, and plant machinery is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse production team.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overtime as required.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is an added advantage.
