- Oversee entire production department operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures throughout manufacturing processes

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in garment manufacturing supervision
