Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and coordinate production scheduling to meet sales demand and quality targets
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including machine setup and workflow optimization
- Lead and mentor production teams to maintain high performance standards
- Implement quality control systems and resolve production issues promptly
- Monitor production metrics and implement cost reduction strategies
- Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance departments
- Prepare production reports and analyze data for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision/management
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production deadlines
