Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets
- Monitor production processes and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to ensure optimal performance and skill development
- Address and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions and workflow bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resource allocation
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate supply of materials for production processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using production management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
