TransPak is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join our growing team in Kulai, Johor. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, and maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
As a Production Supervisor at TransPak, you will play a key role in our supply chain efficiency. Your day-to-day will involve managing manpower allocation, executing production plans via our ERP systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet our MPS (Manufacturing Planning and Scheduling) targets. We are looking for a proactive leader who can troubleshoot issues in real-time and foster a culture of excellence and safety across the floor.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production schedules and ensure strict alignment with MPS targets.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality control standards to minimize defects and ensure product consistency.
- Ensure a safe working environment by conducting regular safety audits and organizing staff training.
- Manage manpower allocation, conduct shift briefings, and resolve operational conflicts efficiently.
- Execute production plans using ERP systems accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean) to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Production Supervisory role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO standards is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Certificate in Industrial Safety (CSO) is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle pressure effectively.
