- Supervise daily production operations to meet quality, quantity, and safety standards
- Coordinate workflow across production lines to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Train and mentor production staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions when targets aren't met
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and schedule preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing leadership
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiency
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in production management software (SAP, MES, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to train and motivate staff
