Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily production schedules to ensure efficiency and meet targets.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff to foster a positive work environment.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve productivity.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with maintenance and planning departments to ensure machinery and workflows run smoothly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar Production Supervisor role within the manufacturing industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work shifts and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
