Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to meet efficiency and quality targets
- Implement and maintain food safety protocols (HACCP) and GMP standards
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams while fostering a safety-first culture
- Monitor production KPIs and implement process improvements
- Manage inventory control and raw material usage optimization
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment calibration
- Ensure compliance with local manufacturing regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field (Diploma holders with extensive experience considered)
- Minimum 3 years in supervisory role within food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
- Proven experience in team leadership and operational management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in production planning and inventory control systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts
