Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and implement comprehensive production schedules to ensure the timely delivery of bakery products.
- Plan, organize, and control the entire production process to achieve right-first-time quality and on-time delivery.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations and internal quality control standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and perform regular risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all bakery equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Analyze production data and report key metrics to management to identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Diploma (NC II/III) in Food Technology, Baking, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a bakery or food manufacturing plant.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and HACCP principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and work in a busy production floor.
