Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations of processing and packaging lines to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor production output, quality metrics, and equipment performance
- Implement and maintain process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff performance
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality assurance teams for equipment calibration and compliance
- Enforce safety protocols and GMP standards across production areas
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance data
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate material supply chain
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards
- Proficient in production planning and inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
