Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee Operations: Manage and supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and motivate the production team to achieve optimal performance and maintain high morale.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards and client specifications.
- B2B Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to support B2B sales efforts by ensuring product readiness and quality.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and workplace regulations to ensure a hazard-free working environment for all employees.
- Inventory Management: Monitor raw material usage and inventory levels to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Reporting: Generate production reports and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, manage, and develop a diverse team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of identifying operational issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of manufacturing machinery and MS Office applications.
