Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily cable harness and assembly production activities
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and manufacturing processes
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff performance
- Implement and maintain efficient production schedules to meet deadlines
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for material requirements
- Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cable harnessing and assembly operations
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and lean principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven ability to motivate staff
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiarity with production planning software and ERP systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
