Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing supervision/leadership
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control systems
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational efficiency
- Experience implementing safety standards and regulatory compliance
