- Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow from materials to finished goods
- Manage team performance, providing guidance, training, and feedback to production staff
- Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all production activities
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and minimize downtime
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production supervision or management
