As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that all furniture pieces meet our high-quality standards while maintaining efficient workflows and meeting project deadlines. You will manage a team of skilled craftsmen, coordinate with design and sales teams, and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations in a custom furniture manufacturing facility
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
- Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Supervise and mentor production staff, including craftsmen and technicians
- Implement and maintain safety protocols in the production environment
- Coordinate with design and sales teams to understand project requirements
- Monitor production efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory of raw materials and production supplies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing production supervision
- Strong knowledge of furniture production processes and techniques
- Experience with custom furniture and interior projects preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with production management software and tools
