Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor production teams in Dipping and Compounding operations
- Enforce strict adherence to SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Optimize operational workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment calibration
- Conduct regular team training sessions on safety and operational procedures
- Collaborate with QA department to resolve production defects
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in manufacturing supervision, preferably in Dipping/Compounding
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control systems
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Proficient in production management software and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Certification in safety management (e.g., OSH) is advantageous
