Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure optimal output and meet delivery deadlines.
- Lead and mentor the production team to foster a safe, efficient, and collaborative working environment.
- Oversee routine maintenance of egg handling and processing machinery to prevent operational downtime.
- Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure all products meet food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage raw material allocation effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all occupational safety and health (OSH) policies on the production floor.
- Prepare daily reports on production volume, equipment performance, and staff attendance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Agriculture, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within an agricultural or food processing environment.
- Strong understanding of production workflow and basic machinery maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of workers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills in both Malay and English.
- Willingness to be based in Papar, Sabah and work according to production schedules.
