Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor production staff to ensure all daily output targets are met according to the manufacturing schedule.
- Efficiently deploy manpower across assembly lines, taking into account skill levels and production urgency.
- Monitor production metrics closely to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to minimize yield loss.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (WSH) and company discipline policies on the factory floor.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality control, to resolve production issues in real-time.
- Prioritize and escalate urgent production orders to ensure on-time delivery to clients.
- Maintain detailed production records, including shift reports, attendance, and defect logs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through 5S and Kaizen initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience within the electronics or precision manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making to improve production yield.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations in Singapore.
- Good communication skills, capable of relaying technical information clearly to all levels of staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts if necessary.
