In this critical role, you will be responsible for orchestrating our production floor activities, ensuring that every shift meets our rigorous standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
As a Production Supervisor, you will bridge the gap between planning and execution. You will oversee the transformation of raw materials into high-quality finished products, managing schedules and manpower to minimize downtime and maximize throughput. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure output meets scheduled targets and customer requirements.
- Monitor raw material consumption and inventory levels to maintain a continuous and cost-effective production flow.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve quality discrepancies to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Analyze equipment downtime and implement corrective actions or preventive maintenance requests to optimize machinery uptime.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team, ensuring high morale and strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Prepare and present detailed production reports regarding performance metrics, bottlenecks, and resource allocation.
- Enforce strict Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) guidelines to ensure a zero-accident work environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse departments to synchronize production output with delivery schedules.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial), Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a heavy manufacturing or steel industry environment.
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a technical workforce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts or extended hours as required by production demands.
