In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our feedmill, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will lead a diverse team of operators, coordinate with maintenance personnel, and manage inventory to ensure a seamless production flow.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily production schedule of the feedmill to ensure targets are met efficiently.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality control standards for all feed formulations and production processes.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations (OSHA/DOLE) and implement a strong safety culture among the team.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of production operators and support staff to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize downtime.
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and manage stock orders to prevent production halts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
- Handle emergency situations and troubleshoot operational issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the manufacturing or feedmill industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
- Thorough knowledge of production processes, quality assurance protocols, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using production software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
