Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure targets are met
- Monitor production processes and implement quality control measures
- Train and motivate production staff to maintain high performance standards
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Address production issues and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production supervisor role
- Experience in food manufacturing is highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willingness to work in shifts as required by production schedules
