Join Benitua-Gan Ventures, Inc as a Production Supervisor in our food supplements manufacturing facility in San Pedro City, Laguna. This pivotal role drives operational excellence by overseeing daily production execution while spearheading continuous improvement initiatives. You'll manage a dynamic team to ensure efficient workflow, maintain stringent quality standards, and optimize production processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bridge operational gaps between departments, implement lean manufacturing principles, and uphold food safety compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to meet quality and efficiency targets
- Lead and develop production teams through training and performance management
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase output
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, and food safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for material availability
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics
- Collaborate with QA and maintenance teams to resolve production issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years production supervisory experience in food/pharma manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization
- Experience implementing quality control systems (HACCP/GMP)
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in production management software (SAP, MES, etc.)
- Ability to work in shift-based environment and manage deadlines
