Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient operations and meet production targets
- Train and mentor production operators on standard operating procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and address any quality issues promptly
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and quality metrics
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among production staff
- Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering, to resolve production issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production management principles
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of quality control systems and standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willingness to work in shifts and spend extended periods in the manufacturing environment
