Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow in the manufacturing line.
- Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and strict quality control standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of operators to maximize output and efficiency.
- Monitor safety compliance and implement corrective actions for any operational issues.
- Coordinate shift schedules and manage handovers effectively.
- Maintain accurate production records and inventory logs.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the food industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations.
