Gold Label Resources Incorporated is seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations in Guiguinto, Bulacan. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards
- Implement and monitor GMP, Halal, and HACCP compliance across all production processes
- Lead and mentor production teams to achieve performance targets and quality objectives
- Conduct regular quality audits and process validations to maintain product integrity
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment calibration and preventative maintenance
- Develop and optimize production schedules to meet demand while minimizing waste
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Prepare production reports and implement corrective actions for identified issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in supervisory role within manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of GMP, Halal certification, and HACCP standards
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse production teams
- Experience with production management systems and quality control methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to operational detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production tracking software
