Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Production Manager in the daily coordination of production floor activities.
- Supervise, train, and mentor production team members to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure all production output meets quality standards and scheduled timelines.
- Monitor shift operations, including night shifts, to ensure continuous workflow.
- Enforce strict workplace safety and health (WSH) protocols across the production line.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve throughput.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for raw material requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Ability to perform shift work, including night shifts as required.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and production reporting.
- Willingness to take ownership of tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
