Join Rebranded Philippines Inc. as a Production Supervisor for our Insulated Wire division and take charge of critical manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire production process, focusing on Extrusion and Winding operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of production operators, monitoring production metrics, implementing process improvements, and maintaining strict quality control standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all Extrusion and Winding operations in the insulated wire production line
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards
- Train, motivate, and manage production operators to achieve performance targets
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet product specifications
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Prepare and submit production reports, including performance metrics and quality data
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and machinery to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in wire/cable manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Extrusion and Winding processes for insulated wire production
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing production teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with quality control standards and production metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
