Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate labelling machine operations to ensure efficient production of personal care products
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Train and guide production operators on proper machine operation and safety protocols
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Collaborate with maintenance team to schedule and oversee machine servicing and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Implement and maintain 5S and other lean manufacturing practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the personal care or cosmetics industry
- Experience with labelling machine operation and maintenance is essential
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
