As a Production Supervisor and Machine Technician, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of our products—from the initial setup of machinery to the final quality inspection. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of facade components to meet project deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) inspections to ensure all products meet strict industry standards.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a hazard-free production environment.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and assembly staff on proper machine operation and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage raw material inventory and coordinate logistics.
- Document production reports, maintenance logs, and quality metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a production line, factory, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and manufacturing standards (ISO, etc.).
- Ability to operate, maintain, and perform basic repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and performing manual tasks.
- Valid SSM registration or willingness to work legally in Malaysia.
