Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct production operators in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
- Execute daily production schedules while ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
- Manage rapid product changeovers efficiently to minimize downtime and optimize throughput.
- Monitor and report on production KPIs, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
- Mentor and coach team members to drive performance, skill development, and engagement.
- Maintain high quality standards through rigorous process control and inspection.
- Facilitate effective communication across shifts and departments to ensure operational continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in an electronics or high-mix manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure environments with rapid changeover requirements.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work on shift rotations as required by operational demand.
