Are you an experienced manufacturing professional with a passion for metal stamping excellence? Mansfield Manufacturing (M) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Production Supervisor to join our Melaka operations. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our production floor, overseeing metal stamping and assembly processes to ensure we meet rigorous output targets without compromising on quality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct daily metal stamping and assembly operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of machine operators and technicians to ensure peak performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor production output closely, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department for proactive machine upkeep and urgent repairs.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality control requirements throughout the stamping process.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency and waste reduction.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through lean manufacturing principles and effective team communication.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience specifically within a metal stamping or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic/mechanical presses, tooling, and assembly automation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team and manage shift operations effectively.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on preventative maintenance and process optimization.
- Fluent in English and Malay; familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.
