Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to meet quality targets and delivery deadlines
- Implement and maintain Lean manufacturing principles for continuous process improvement
- Manage production teams, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ISO quality standards
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities
- Analyze production data to identify efficiency bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering and quality departments on process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Experience with ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Advanced problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office Suite
