Renesas Electronics Corporation is a premier supplier of advanced semiconductor solutions, and we are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that manufacturing targets are achieved safely and efficiently. You will lead a team of operators, monitor production processes, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality. The role requires strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production operations to achieve output and quality targets
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of production operators
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
- Manage production documentation and reporting
- Conduct shift briefings and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting
- Understanding of ISO standards and quality management systems
- Commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork
