As a Production Supervisor, you will be the key point of contact on the manufacturing floor, overseeing daily operations, managing manpower, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will work closely with the engineering, planning, and quality teams to optimize workflows and resolve production bottlenecks. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production operators to meet daily build plans and quality targets.
- Monitor production metrics (yield, output, downtime) and implement corrective actions to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Coordinate with shift planners and logistics teams to ensure material availability and smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to enhance team competency.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction projects.
- Respond effectively to production disruptions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate critical problems to management.
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and workforce attendance logs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial) or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Proven experience in supervising a team of direct labor operators.
- Strong knowledge of production management, quality systems (ISO 9001/14001), and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power BI for reporting). Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions under pressure, and solve problems effectively.
