Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily production floor operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.
- Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Manage team scheduling, performance appraisals, and provide coaching to enhance operator productivity.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues promptly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen) to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and generate regular shift performance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing diverse production teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic knowledge of ERP/MES systems.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Commitment to maintaining high quality standards and workplace safety (ISO/OSHA compliance).
