- Oversee daily meat processing operations to meet production targets and quality standards
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams while ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement process improvements
- Enforce strict compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Manage inventory control and optimize resource utilization
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in meat processing or food manufacturing supervision
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Proficient in production planning and process optimization techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve operational problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
