Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily surgical packing operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Monitor CRM processing activities while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001/13485/GMP standards
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies across production lines
- Train and mentor production staff on proper packing techniques and quality control procedures
- Conduct regular process audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with quality assurance team to resolve production issues and maintain product integrity
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review
- Optimize workflow efficiency while minimizing waste and operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in medical device or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and GMP standards
- Proven experience in lean manufacturing and process optimization
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in production monitoring systems and quality control methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
