Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the daily operations of the UHT Tetra Pak production line to ensure targets are achieved efficiently.
- Enforce strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols across the facility.
- Monitor line performance metrics, troubleshoot technical bottlenecks, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule production personnel to ensure optimal labor utilization and team development.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and packaging components for seamless production continuity.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure finished products meet brand and safety specifications.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) processing and Tetra Pak packaging equipment.
- Deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, and ISO quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and production management software (ERP/SAP).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting production schedules.
