CDO Foodsphere, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our operations at the Valenzuela Plant. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the systematic flow of operations within any section of our frozen meat processing production. We pride ourselves on quality and efficiency, and we are looking for a leader who can ensure our production lines run smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
As a Production Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between management and floor staff, ensuring that production targets are met without compromising on quality. You will oversee the daily workflow, manage staff performance, and coordinate closely with the quality assurance team to ensure all products meet industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily production operations at the Valenzuela Plant.
- Ensure the systematic flow of operations in all sections of frozen meat processing.
- Monitor and enforce strict compliance with food safety standards (HACCP) and company policies.
- Manage, train, and supervise the production team to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all machinery is operational and safe.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance appraisals.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or operational issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or food processing industry.
- Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent vocational experience).
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shift rotations.
- Proficient in reading production reports and analyzing operational data.
- Must be willing to work in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila.
