Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor production systems and applications to ensure optimal performance, availability, and stability.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established SLAs.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical issues and implement preventive measures to minimize future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Execute production deployments, system restarts, and scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Document incident resolutions, workarounds, and operational procedures to maintain knowledge base accuracy.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders regarding incident status and resolution progress.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to provide 24/7 support for critical production systems as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a Production Support, Application Support, or IT Operations role.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in complex enterprise applications and systems.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell, PowerShell) for automation and data analysis.
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar for incident and problem management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
