Lenovo PCCW Solutions, a leading IT services provider and joint venture between Lenovo and PCCW, is seeking an experienced Production Support Lead to oversee and manage our production services team in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. In this critical role, you will be accountable for the overall health and performance of our Control-M environment, ensuring high availability, reliability, and efficiency of batch scheduling and job execution.
As the Production Support Lead, you will drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, leading incident and problem management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain service levels. Your leadership will be key in mentoring a team of production support engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and proactively identifying areas for optimization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the production support team, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Control-M environment, including job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Manage incident and problem resolution to minimize downtime and adhere to SLAs.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for change management and system enhancements.
- Implement and maintain monitoring tools and dashboards for real-time visibility and proactive alerts.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability.
- Prepare and present performance reports, metrics, and operational recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, security standards, and organizational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in production support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expert-level proficiency with Control-M job scheduling and administration.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and incident management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing and motivating a technical team.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with additional scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys, TWS) and scripting is a plus.
