Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise assembly teams to achieve daily production targets and quality standards
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures
- Train and develop team members on assembly processes and equipment operation
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain departments
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper handling of production materials
- Prepare production reports and communicate performance metrics to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in team leadership role
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes and lean manufacturing methodologies
- Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in production management software and MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with team leadership experience
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production demands
