Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure targets are met within scheduled timelines.
- Allocate labor and assign tasks effectively to maximize productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor raw material usage and inventory levels to reduce wastage and operational costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety protocols, SOPs, and quality control standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Provide training and mentorship to floor staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Prepare accurate daily production reports and performance metrics for management review.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance output.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing management software.
- Highly analytical with a sharp focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule as required by production demands.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
