- Oversee daily production operations to meet efficiency and quality targets

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control systems
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance metrics
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Filipino
